The Program
One membership. Two programs. Built for everybody.
Challenging, yet rewarding.
BANR takes the parts of training people actually love — strong, powerful, functional movement with barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells — and blends them with real endurance work. The result builds strength and a bigger engine, without forcing you to choose between the two.
It's built for all fitness levels and scales to you. Whether you're just starting out or you've trained for years, every workout adjusts to your ability — you control the load, the pace, and the intensity.
Two programs, one membership
Functional Endurance
The engine
High-intensity functional training stretched into longer formats: mixed-modal sessions that build conditioning, capacity, and fitness that carries over to everything (and to the start line, if you want it).
Each session: 40 minutes to an hour
Core & Accessory
The foundation
Simple, effective, and quick. These are the short daily sessions that round out your training — focused core work plus targeted accessory movements for the muscles that keep you strong, balanced, and resilient. Most run 10–20 minutes and use formats you can attack anywhere: EMOMs (every minute on the minute), Tabata intervals, and other quick, high-intent finishers. No fluff and no wasted time — just the work that makes your bigger sessions pay off.
How a week works
Six workouts a week, one rest day. Fresh programming drops every week, so you never repeat the same grind or hit a plateau. Each day pairs a functional endurance session with that day's core and accessory work, laid out on your calendar so you always know exactly what's next.
The goal isn't just to get you fitter — it's to make you enjoy the work while you do it.
