Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and you confirm the information you give us is accurate.

2. The Service

BANR provides subscription access to online training programs (Functional Endurance and Core & Accessory), related content, and community/profile features. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Don't share your account or let others use it. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Membership, billing & cancellation

• Paid memberships are billed through Stripe; BANR never stores your full card details.
• Plans renew automatically (monthly or annually) until you cancel. New members may receive a [7-day] free trial; you won't be charged until the trial ends.
• You can cancel anytime through the customer portal. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and it won't renew after that.
• Prices may change; we'll give notice before a change affects you.

5. Health, safety & assumption of risk

Exercise carries inherent risk. The Service is for general fitness only and is not medical advice. You should consult a physician before starting, and you participate at your own risk. Your use is also governed by our [Liability Waiver & Medical Disclaimer], which is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Community features & your content

• You may create a profile and post content such as photos, workout logs, and notes ("Member Content"). You keep ownership of your Member Content.
• You grant BANR a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display your Member Content within the Service for the purpose of operating it.
• You're responsible for what you post, you confirm you have the right to post it, and you must follow our Code of Conduct.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the Code of Conduct.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, post harmful or inappropriate content, scrape or copy the Service, or share, resell, or redistribute BANR's paid programming, videos, or content outside your personal use.

8. Intellectual property

BANR's programming, videos, text, branding, and site are owned by BANR (or its licensors). Your membership is a personal, non-transferable license to access them for your own training — not a right to copy, share, or redistribute them.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee any particular fitness result, and we don't guarantee the Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BANR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or the Code of Conduct. You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll change the version and effective date. For material changes, we'll ask you to accept the updated Terms before you keep using the Service.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [ALABAMA], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
